Welcome to the Doundrins Distilling Tasting Room & Cocktail Garden—a vibrant, laid-back hangout where craft spirits meet good vibes. Inside our Tasting Room, you’ll find comfy lounge furniture and a cozy atmosphere, while outside, our spacious Cocktail Garden is the perfect spot to sip and socialize with friends, family, and even your four-legged pals.
We offer our full lineup of house-made spirits, distilled on site, available for sampling, so you can discover your new favorite before grabbing a bottle to take home. Our rotating craft cocktail menu is the perfect way to experience everything we make, from fruit brandies to vodkas, whiskeys, and more. Not in the mood for spirits? No problem—we also serve a curated selection of beer, wine, cider, craft mocktails, and non-alcoholic beers.
We keep things lively with a packed calendar of events, including trivia nights, craft workshops, live music, and more. Planning a party? We’ve got you covered. Hours
We are open year round both indoors and outdoors, but hours change depending on the season. Check back to see our updated hours when you plan to visit!
Monday: Closed
Tues: Closed except for event nights
Wed: 5PM-9PM
Thurs: 4PM-9PM
Fri: 4PM-10PM
Sat: 11AM-10PM
Sun: 11AM-7PM

Our menu rotates every couple of months.
Do you serve any food?
We serve food items including: Emil's pizza (pepperoni, cheese, combo, bacon cheeseburger), Banzo's falafel & hummus (plain or red pepper), giant pretzels w/ WI-made mustard & queso blanco, Pedro's tortilla chips (plain or southwest) w/ queso blanco, and chicken strips. We also offer rotating instant ramen options and snacks in a vending machine & have a self-service ramen bar w/ seasonsings, toppings, & sauces.
You are also always allowed to bring your own food in or even order food for delivery!
Are kids allowed?
Yes, we are a family-friendly establishment. Kids of all ages are welcome; we even have a sweet playground outside (and changing tables in the restrooms)!
Our outdoor Cocktail Garden is also gated to help keep kids safe!
All children must be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, as long as they are on a leash and well behaved. They are welcome inside and outside, year round! Some of our best customers are pets! 🐾
